During her work at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje, Dr. Vesna Manova-Eraković has held numerous roles: President of the Inventory Commission of the Institute of Mathematics and President of the Central Inventory Commission of the Faculty; Member of committees for developing curricula and study programs; Member of committees for preparing and conducting entrance examinations at the Faculty; Member of the preparatory teaching board for entrance exams; Member of the diploma recognition (nostrification) committee; Member of the disciplinary committee at the Faculty; Reviewer of textbooks; Head of the Department of Analysis at the Institute of Mathematics; President of committees for professional evaluation of manuscripts of high school textbooks; Head of the double-major studies in Mathematics–Physics at the Faculty; Member of the committee for international cooperation; Head of a second-cycle (master’s) study program in Applied Mathematics – Mathematical Statistics, Actuarial Science, and Mathematical Modeling in Economics.

In 2002 and 2003, she served as leader of student teams participating in the International Mathematics Competition for University Students. Upon her proposal to the main organizer, University College London, this competition was held in Macedonia in 2004, with the country as host. She was confirmed as the local organizer of this international competition.

Dr. Vesna Manova-Eraković has had significant involvement in the Union of Mathematicians of Macedonia. Since the beginning of her employment at the Faculty, as a member of the problem committee for mathematics competitions, she has actively participated in preparing and selecting problems for regional and national competitions and mathematical olympiads for primary and secondary school students, as well as in their implementation. She was a coordinator of the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad in Macedonia. For several years (1999–2001 and 2004–2006), she successfully trained the Macedonian teams that participated in the International Mathematical Olympiad for secondary school students. She served as deputy leader of the teams from 1999 to 2001, and as team leader from 2004 to 2011.

As a member of the coordinating body for the international Kangaroo competition, she actively participated in its organization and implementation.

In 2004, she was elected President of the Union of Mathematicians of Macedonia (UMM). As president, she organized mathematics competitions for primary and secondary school students at all levels, as well as the Third Congress of Mathematicians of Macedonia.

In May 2007, she was re-elected as President of the Union of Mathematicians of Macedonia. In addition to organizing student competitions at all levels and the Kangaroo competition, Dr. Manova-Eraković also organized the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad for high school students (BMO 2008), the Fourth Congress of Mathematicians of Macedonia, and the international mathematical congress MICOM 2009.

Within the activities of the UMM, she served as:
